这是一本可以点的人体图鉴。左边的“层次”从皮肤开始一层层往里：肌肉、骨骼、器官、深层器官、血管、神经、免疫与骨髓。点任何部位，右边会讲它是什么、做什么、和谁合作、会出什么问题、多大年纪容易出问题；点器官还能打开它的内部结构图，比如心脏的四个腔、眼睛的晶状体、大脑的海马体。
This is an atlas of the body you can tap. The layers on the left start at the skin and go inwards: muscles, bones, organs, deep organs, vessels, nerves, immunity and marrow. Tap any part to read what it is, what it does, what it works with, what goes wrong and when; tap an organ to open a drawing of its insides, from the heart’s four chambers to the lens of the eye and the brain’s hippocampus.
“旅程”跟着血液、食物和神经信号走一遍，也讲清楚 LDL 怎样一步步变成斑块、心梗和支架；“年龄”看每个年纪身体在变什么；“风险”看吸烟、饮酒、熬夜伤到了哪里；“疾病”按部位、类型和年龄查。
Journeys follow blood, food and nerve signals, and show step by step how high LDL leads to a plaque, a heart attack and a stent. Ages shows what changes with every decade; Risks shows where smoking, drinking or short sleep do harm; Diseases lets you look things up by organ, type and age.
